    NOTE: this is just the filling, the crust, heat and timing for the pie is up to the individual. 7 medium Red Delicious apples (or enough to make 6 cups uncooked) 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Flour 3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Cook this mixture over a low flame until apples are soft and spices are fully incorporated. Makes enough for One 9" pie.
