For those of you who are interested, I have created a download, install and set up page for Ice Chat. Each step is accompanied by a screen shot. For those who do not know what Ice Chat is, it is a free chat client, much like mirc. It is fully customizable, has emoticons, and uses almost the same scripting code as mirc.
