First go to your "Start" button, round flag looking icon on extreme left of mine below. Next, click on "Settings" IN "Settings" Type "Taskbar Settings" in search box. Next look down the list to "Taskbar Location on screen" And set it to "Top, Bottom, Left or right" then close it.
