Blondie
1 small head of cabbage 1 pound hamburger meat Small red and green pepper 1 small onion salt and pepper to taste mix hamburger meat, peppers and onions and season to taste you can also add rice if you choose its just another type of pigs in blanket. boil the cabbage leaves till el denta, I use a ice cream scoop to scoop raw meat mixture into a leaf of cabbage and roll it up, line them up in a pan and add tomato sauce on top. Cook at 350 degrees for about an hour or till the meat is cooked or temperature is 160 degrees.

gh`
This sure brings back memories for me. A friend of mine use to make these and put sauerkraut on the top when she baked them.
