How to fix when you're joining too many rooms by accident when using our Kiwi IRC chat client.

Do not actually do anything except read until I say "GO" ok?

See the circle with your initial in it on the far-left top of your window?
Click "That Circle".
See where it says, "Forget me"?
Click "forget Me".
There will be a small box close to the top that says "OK" or "Cancel"
Click "OK"
Copy the room name to your keyboard before you do anything else.  OK?
Now, is there anything I said that you DO NOT understand? Because once you click that circle, you can't type in here until you rejoin. OK?
Now, close this website and reopen it and make sure you spell the room name correctly when you rejoin.  OK?

OK, Now you can GO

When you get an error that says bad certificate or similar.
Press Alt+o, which opens Mirc Options. Under Connect, select Options. Then, on the right, select SSL. Finally, Under Server Certificates, select Display Invalid certificates for approval. Then press OK twice. Then, you'll be asked to approve the Cert. Do so and you'll be able to connect.
If not, go to #helpdesk on our server and let us know.
The Certification will be renewed as soon as we talk to our Tech Admin.

If this does not work, come to #helpdesk on the koach server and ask for help or message, Koach, Stormy or another Staff member.
