okay... all systems operational. i was a bad configure router/firewall. fixed by a good hw reset

I can't connect to this server.
What I did : clean PC with windows 11 , new download and standard installation of Mirc 7.82. attempt to connect thr regular way (port 6667) and with SSL (+6697)
What the server did : It said Connection timed out., so my connection did not reach the server and my tcp ip packages came back. or died in hte attempt
I checked the website: down for everyone. it said it was NOT just me. suggestion an issue.
