Christmas Cookies

A mom had a secret recipe that she would not share with anyone, she said over her dead body, so when she died, the Christmas Cookie recipe was put on her grave stone. She got her wish, it was over her dead body!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

Ingredients:

 

1  cup of sugar

1/2  cup of unsalted butter (1 stick)

2  beaten eggs

1  tsp of vanilla

 

 

3  cups of flour

3 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

1 cup of cream

 

Add the first 4 ingredients and beat them till they are smooth.

 

Mix the last 3 ingredients into the first 4, alternately with the cream

 

Chill the dough

 

Roll the dough out with flour on the board to avoid sticking

 

Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 8 minutes

 

Cool the cookies and then frost them

 

 

Frosting for the cookies:

 

1 cup of powder sugar

 

water to mix the powder sugar with, stir the

powder sugar till smooth.
