TV_Tech Posted April 22, 2012 Report Share Posted April 22, 2012 1 Lb ground beef 3 carrots 3 medium potatoes 8 oz tomato sauce garlic powder 1 cup elbow pasta (uncooked) 1 onion (minced) 1 cup kernel corn 1 cup mixed vegetables salt and pepper Brown ground beef in a large soup pot. Drain well and add tomato sauce, 3 cups water, potatoes (cut into 3/4" cubes), carrots (diced) and elbow pasta. Bring to a boil and cook until veggies and pasta are almost tender stirring occasionally.
