gh`
This has always been a hit at gatherings. 1 envelope unflaored gelatin 1/3 cup water 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup 2 three oz packages soft cream cheese 1 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup diced green onions (I use a little more) 1/2 cup diced celery 1/3 teaspoon basil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 lb. shrimp (cooked, cleaned, and chopped) Salt to taste Dissolve the gelatin in water. Bring soup to a boil without diluting and add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Beat in cream cheese till smooth; add mayonnaise and beat till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and and pour into a 6 cup gelatin ring mold or a bundt cake pan. Chill till firm, and serve with Wheat Thins, Ritz Crackers, or corn chips. This will serve a dozen or more if they're not too greedy. **Don't forget the cayenne pepper or you'll be sorry..
