]]>8784Wed, 22 May 2019 20:03:46 +0000What kind of camera and equipment do you use?https://www.koach.com/forum/topic/6070-what-kind-of-camera-and-equipment-do-you-use/I have a little Fuji Finepix S1500 digital camera. One of the reasons I like it is that it has a viewfinder as well as the screen display, and I much prefer to set up a photo using the viewfinder. It seems these days, unless you go to an SLR digital, there are very few digital cameras with a viewfinder.

The camera does al I need, and a lot more, and it suits my needs. Also has a great grip on the side so I can hold it securely.

]]>6070Mon, 12 Dec 2011 03:36:53 +0000Sunset tonighthttps://www.koach.com/forum/topic/7648-sunset-tonight/As some may know, we have had a tropical cyclone threat in the area where I live.   Fortunately for us, it's swung further south and although we have experienced the past 4 days of gale force winds and lots of rain, we aren't battening down the hatches for a cyclone tonight (as some other places are doing).   We will still get a lot of wind and rain from the cyclone as it crosses land, but nothing like what we expected a few days ago.

Here's a photo I took about 40 mins ago of our sunset tonight, that seems to promise us a better day tomorrow.

I've got close to half the rocks out so far, 3 wheel barrow loads.

There could be no other name for her cause she is a lurker. She peeks from around buildings, bushes, fences, stumps, trees. She hides behind rocks and stares at you with those amber eyes wondering why people are so STRANGE.
