    This is about as easy as it gets, and really delicious.

     

    One or more packages of Uncle Ben's Original (or Uncle Ben's Roasted Garlic) rice.

    Coarsely chopped onion.

    Coarsely chopped celery (same size as the chopped onion).

    Bread cubes

    Chicken broth to achieve correct moisture

     

    Bake for about 1.5 hours at 325F or 350F (put it in the oven when the turkey is an hour or so away from being done).
